Use JL_Cmder. You can find the program here on the forums, just search for it.
Install JL_Cmder onto your PC and then pull the battery from your device. When it starts loading again, then connect your BB to your PC with JL_Cmder running, when JL_Cmder asks if your device has a password, enter it in and then you should see the options option 3 should be to take a screenshot. When your device asks for the password, enter it, and then when you see the errors on the device, select the option to take a screenshot.
