RIM network issues reach North America

The issues that were affecting parts of Europe and parts of South America yesterday could be felt in North America today with BBM and Email not functioning properly.
I have my own BES Express server and haven't gotten all the email on my BB in a timely fashion today. It's been faster at showing up in my Outlook than my BB. Not to mention BBM users I talk to not being able to send/receive messages including myself.
