If you are subscribed to a Blackberry Data Plan you can get your browser back by going to >Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table >Press the menu key >Register Now.

That didn't work for me. Someone told me I actually have to call Cingular and have them "push" the BB browser to my phone. Is this true?

My brother just went thru this with Tmo. I couldn't figure it out either cause we run BES @ work and I deal with Blackberries all the time. He had to call tmobile to get his browser back.

if you use a bis you can login via the web and resend your service books. after this is don try a hardshock(remove battery while device is on).

next to your service bars in the top right corner what does the device say? should be 3/4 letters, is it upper or lower case?
