I've downloaded the patch and when I click on Options - 2007 DST Patch, I have a line that states "2007 DST Patch Manger is running...." It has been like this for hours. Does this mean that the patch is working or did the process get stalled somewhere? I had to manually change the time on my BB the patch never adjusted it. Sorry if this has been asked before, I didn't see an answer when I searched.

Pull your battery and reboot the BB. Go back and click on the patch in options and make sure it completes. It will say "2007 DST patch applied."

Thanks. Unfortunately that didn't work. I still get the message that the Patch manager is running.

Mine says applied, and I didn't have to re-boot.

Chanesworth--what model and OS version are you running?

Also, do you have a BB Data Plan (email and internet browser working?)

Mine took over two days before the running status changed to applied

I have 8700g on a BES. The browser is working fine and the operating system is 4.1.0.284

Note, I had this problem as well, and was able to resolve it by loading the patch via USB. Click here, and go to the section titled "To Apply the Patch". That will enable you to USB install the patch, and you're good to go. This is the easiest method IMHO.
