Is there a good upgrade guide, step by step if possible for upgrading on Exchange 2003, sbs 2003 from BES 4.1 to BES 5?

The customer is quite scared about the the process and have requested it.

I can write one myself but I haven't actually done an upgrade yet so not sure if its just a case of downloading the software on the current environment and clicking next..next next

OR

Uninstall the old bes 4.1 and then reinstall the new BES software.

Or is it a case that you need a new SQL for the new database and then use the transporter tool.

I'm ideally looking for best practise also.

RIM reccomends a new database/Blackberry domain when ever possible.

Inplace upgrade will work, just run the installer and have a backup plan before you click setup.

Personally, I would run it on a separate box and once installed, tested ready for production, use transporter to move users over.
