Angry Delete Email Prompt is not working

Please Login to Remove!

My phone had issue and I reinstall the OS. After I restore all data. Any email that was back up and being restore have the option for me to delete message from "mailbox and handheld, handheld and cancel".

However, all the new email that i received after upgrading the OS, only let me "delete or cancel".

I have the correct setting for the Email econciliation:

Delete On: Prompt
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Win

any help would be really apppreciated.

Thanks.

I don't normally have confirm delete enabled in general options, but I enabled it to see. And that is what I see, either delete or cancle when I delete a message. I'm using 9700/5.0.0.714.

I am using 9700/.656

Is this another excellent feature besides the lock, that RIM had decided to take away?

Hmm, could be. I'm on .602 because it has the old-style locking functions and I have the options mentioned by the OP.

I don't think on something like this that you will be unique. Do a hard reset, and if you still see it that way, then I would be 99.99999% sure that's the way it is . . . Unless you are saying it wasn't that way with .656 before the reinstall. Is that what you are saying?
