Default Issue with bluetooth auto-connect in new car

Please Login to Remove!

Me and my fiancee just bought a new 2010 Dodge Caliber with hands-free UConnect bluetooth system in it. We set it up with my 9700 and her blackberry Pearl and the pairing went fine and works perfect with both phones with mine set as the primary line. Well whenever we get in the car her phone auto-connects but mine wont. Even when im by myself i have to manually connect to the system for some reason. How do i set the 9700 to auto-connect when I get in the car?

Options - Bluetooth

Hilite the device, click the menu button and select Device Properties

Ensure Trusted is set to Yes

Delete both in the car. Set yours up and connect once with yours. Watch the prompts on your phone, choose always allow if it comes up. If not go into properties on your phone and set the car BT to always allow. Then set hers up.

I have already set the car as trusted status and made sure to set it as always trust when it i first connected it. I deleted the profile and tried it again but still nothing :(

Did you check your car manual if it allows more than 1 phone to auto-connect?
