Default Selective restore from backup shows very few options

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I have a BB 9780 that I did a full backup of (no password/encryption). It was enterprise activated from an on premise BES running on top of a Lotus Domino server. I've since migrated my email (same address) to Office 365/BES - provided through Office 365. This required my device to be wiped. The BB activated fine and mail delivery/reconciliation is all fine. However, when it comes to restoring selective components from the backup, I see very few options to actually restore. Had I been restoring to a completely different model then I would've expected this, however the same model, and even the same device, I'm a little confused.

The options that are unavailable to mostly settings based eg alarm, bluetooth, BBM, memo pad, password keeper etc

We are migrating approx 150 users so I'd like to understand what (if anything) we can do

Thanks in advance
