For the past two weeks I got problem with my media. If I receive music via bluetooth it won't play all I see is"unsupported format" even if downloaded I still get the same thing... But the previous music I got there before are playing.... Even if I take pictures it won't view:( videos won't play.....please help me my pin is 23A05FD5

I don't know anything about blackberry so I can't just explain or describe it.... Its a blackbeRry curve 8520... I can't play music I just download,watch videos or view pictures......please help if you can't stil understd please qdd my send me a request on bbm.....please:( 23A05FD5
