Hi I have been living in the states and moving back to UK can I use my blackberry curve on a uk provider like BT or do I need to buy a new one from the UK

There are several different Bold so we really need the model number and please out that in your profile.

Some are CDMA devices and others are GSM. If you are now on Verizon, you will probably need a new device as CDMA isn't compatible with GSM which the UK carriers use. If your Bold is a world phone, meaning both CDMA and GSM, then you might only have EDGE while on GSM.

its a BB 9650 I have used it when travelling to europe I am with verizon

You will need to make sure that the Bold 9650 is unlocked and then you will be able to use it with a GSM provider in the UK.
