Okay so I have unlocked AT&T branded 8100 and i use it for tmobile....
I tried EVERYTHING to get 3rd party apps working that need internet... I always fail, i read all these thread on how to do it, i changed my APN my IT tech policy is disabled also. I dont know what to do. For example BBToday i keep getting tunnel fail. Opera Mini never works. Regular internet browser i get the upsell page from tmobile saying no internet plan or whatever....

No, I got this phone used from my cousin so no data plan no thing.... But arent i still able to do stuff without bes/bis?

google is your friend, blackberrywithout bis/bes and answer should be on top, if you have at least a data plan you can get it working with the tricks mentioned.
