Default Blackberry 9000 Bold Help

Hi

Can somebody figure out why the error message <<The disk "BLACKBERRY1" is in us and could not be ejected.

Try quitting applications and try again.>>

appears when I try to eject my BB 9000 BOLD from the Mac machine. A similar post was available for in your forum and I tried what was told in that post, but still the same error message appears(file photo attached)

Please help, as I don't want to plug out the device from the USB without turning off in a safe way.

I have that same issue even if I just plug mine in to charge. I normally just power down my Mac then unplug & if I don't want to wait then I just pull it. No issues have shown yet.

Thanks for you reply Caledan, I did twice.....but it's not safe and I don't want to take any risk of my data(file) getting corrupted. Secondly sometime I use my handset plugged in the office machine and to shut down every now and then disturbs other co-workers, also we have to answer our System support stuff for reason why the machine was shut down / restarted.

I can understand where you coming from, I didn't realize you were also using it on the Office system. I use mine only on my personal system.
I have also switched to using the DM instead of MissingSync.
