There isnt anything to activate, it should just do it.

Sorry.

When in your email, I press T to go to the top of the mail and B to the bottom. It doesn't stop, just goes straight to the top and straight to the bottom.

Maybe scroll was the wrong word

Yeah, scroll would have implied something else.

However, I'm not sure I understand at all what you are saying now because at first you indicated that it wouldn't go to the top of the email and now you are saying that it goes straight to the to and straight to the bottom. So I'm confused. Which is it?

I had similar issue, mine wouldn't go to right. I pulled battery out for 5 min. during wait I cleaned TB with cloth hardly damp to be safe. All good now.
