Make sure you have an SD card installed and enable Mass Storage Mode on the handheld.

It's installed and I can open it up with Blackberry Device Manager, it used to work before but got new blackberry same model etc now it's not working or should I say showing you?

I have enabled compression and media card support, under media card storage it says "A media card is not presently inserted in the device"?

@ SD card - Why do I need one of them when I have taken pictures so my phone already has memory on it?

You can't browse device memory using My Computer. You can only browse media memory... the SD card.

If you're currently storing your photos in device memory, that's a bad idea and you should strongly consider using the SD card for that purpose.
Device memory is extremely limited and should be reserved for apps and app data... not multimedia.

I don't understand to much what you mean, I got a new phone from the insurance company because my other one got water damaged. The other one had no problems with it, so why should this one? It's installed but won't come up at the bit which is devices with removal storage?
