Default Godaddy Hosted Exchange - BES?

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know if the Blackberry 'support' that Godaddy offers with their Hosted Exchange Email is full BES? It seems impossible to determine from their site, and very few threads discussing it. Curious if I can get contact and calendar sync using Godaddy hosted exchange with a Blackberry Enterprise Plan from carrier. Does anyone know?

GoDaddy's Hosted Exchange does not mention anything about BlackBerry. It does say "Mobile access to contacts, calendar and email" which I believe they are referring to Outlook Mobile Service described in the Hosted Exchange Feature #7.

As a GD reseller I can tell you that they do support the Blackberry smartphone. You must have BES as part of your calling plan.

But who hosts the actual BES?

Every standard ISP supports the BlackBerry smartphone if they offer POP3 / IMAP4.

I'm guessing that is about the level of integration GD offers ... perhaps OWA too.

A little late, but the GoDaddy BES is real BES providing email, contacts, and calendar sync. As ot whether they actually host it or not, I doubt it. Their reps are clueless when it comes to all matters BES.

Furthermore, I have had a bunch of problems with their service in regards to email sync, which is unreliable at best.
