Hi Guys,
I'm having an absolute pain of a time getting our BES to work. The above quote is pretty much our situation.
I try to activate the blackberry remotely and receive the email from ***.ap.blackberry.net in my inbox, yet BES doesn't seem to be looking in my inbox. The user has been added in BES, and I've tried removing and re-adding.
Thanks guys
