Address book problem

I have a user, that when he intellisync's it goes through fine and adds new addresses to his BB 7290. But when he goes to his address book on his BB and selects a name and views it, the only info that it shows is the name. No other info shows, like phone number email address etc... I tried reinstalling the Desktop manager and Handheld software. Is there some kind of setting preventing this data from being displayed? Thanks
