Default Options Icon not Available under Menu

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I've got a BB8100 with the OS "8100M_PBr4.5.0_rel134_PL2.7.0.84_A4.5.0.99".

I've got a strange issue when i press the menu i dont see any icon for options, i have tried to reset the BB, reloaded the OS but still cant find the options icon to change any settings.

It used to be there before i upgraded to the new OS.

Thanks for the help.

Wirelessly posted (Lets Go Canes!)

Its there and it can't be hidden.
Go to phone
Options
Dial from homescreen
Choose no.

Then go back and press the letter O and see what happens.

I agree that it cannot be hidden..but could not understand the steps..sorry:(

I can go to call log and press options from there but there is no option "Dial from home screen".

making it clear once again when i press the Menu key i can see the icons for call log, messages, calendar and so on but i dont see any icon for options or settings.

Thanks.

And also when click the menu button while being in general options i see "change option, save switch application and close"
