Question Work Email Restriction Issues?

Please Login to Remove!

Folks, I cannot send emails from my device to my subordinates at work (their emails are set up restricted to only send/receive emails from the same work domain). Non-work email domain = no go!

I have already integrated my IMAP work email and receiving works fine 100%; I can only send emails though to those guys whose email accts can receive from "other" email domains other than work.

What should I tell my IT guys at work? I only want a handful of my crew to receive emails from my device when I am off-site and when I can't bring my notebook with me ('cause I have a BlackBerry!).

Yesterday, I sent an email from my device to my crew. It never got through because I got a delivery status notification which apparently was sent to this ugly-looking address: SRS0=dzfBnl=QC=WORKDOMAIN.com=MYUSERNAME@srs.bis.a p.blackberry.com

Today, just for purposes of testing, I sent a test message again and this time, the delivery status notification was sent to this address: SRS0=3JKnjp=RA=WORKDOMAIN.com=MYUSERNAME@srs.bis.a p.blackberry.com

I received both bounce-back notifications on my Outlook fine.

So my questions are:

1. Do the first few strings on the left side of the @ sign (above) keep changing over time?

2. Is this how my work email address would appear to the mailservers at work if it's sent from my device?

3. What should be done on my subordinates email accts then? I only want them to be able to send/receive an "externally-looking" mail that happens to be my work-email address that I send from my device.

4. What email address should I tell my IT guys to include in the whitelist?
