Has anyone else recieved a Sena case for the 8100? I seem to be having an issue with the auto backlight.

I think a part of the case is covering the sensor because when I am in the sun it stays dimmed. It's irritating. I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue before I contacted them.

I had the same issue with the seidio skin. the hole for the light/sensor was too small and not placed exactly perfectly. not totally related to your problem, but agree that placement is critical for that opening. I say call them.

Are you referring to the vertical pouch or to the "always inside" case?

The vertical pouch is the exact case I'm looking for, so long as it has a functioning sleeper magnet.

EDIT: Oh, wait. Just noticed you were referring to the auto-backlight, not the sleeper magnet. You must be using the "always inside" style.

Has anyone used their 8100 vertical pouch?
