I'm not really finding anything on a search. Actually, I found an old, long thread at crackberry about ring tones not playing, and one person mentioned getting that error message (but no solution).

I wonder if treating it like a media processor busy error would be worth a try. You will find much on this if you search. One solution to this error that I saw was to start the voice dialing app, let it initialize, and then close it. But as I say you will find a lot of "solutions" to figure out for yourself which are likley worthwhile trying.

I might back up everything and do a security wipe. Copy the entire contents of your media card to a computer and then format the card. After the security wipe, just selectively restore data, no settings. Redo all the setting from scratch. When you copy your media card files to the formatted media card, first let the BlackBerry create the directory structure and folders, and then copy only your files (documents and media files, etc) to the card.

That is what I would try. See what others say.

Sorry I'm not a spammer,I have tryed several times to rebot the phone and it still not making any difference.
I still have the device manager buisy that apears when I try play a video, hence the reason I was asking.

If you had said 'Try Rebot Phone' I would have known,

No, not you. ... foneapp is the spammer.

By the way, "rebooted" is vague. If you removed the battery with the power on and waited at least 30 seconds, the was the right thing to do. If it didn't fix the problem, it's a good idea to do it again and wait a minute or two.

Otherwise, see my initial response to your original post.
