When I add my friends via PIN code on BBM they don't receive a request and when they try and add me by my PIN i don't recieve a request.I'm on Pay as you go orange i got my blackberry for Christmas i have tried talking out the battery and leaving it for 60 seconds then putting it back in is there anything i can install to do can people like give me steps on what to do are send links please!!

You have to have some patience. Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? NOT a generic internet plan.
