Default My 8300 keyboard has stopped working, do I have any options?

I bought two blackberry 8300's off of ebay, both new, and both in perfect condition. After about a weeks use a lot of the keyboard keys on one of them isn't working at all. The spacebar, M,N,Z, Call Button keys don't work at all. I've tried wiping it clean and it didn't do any good.

I've taken perfect care of it and it is in perfect shape. Is there anything I can do, i.e., will blackberry fix it? Or am I pretty much screwed since I bought it off of ebay. Thanks and let me know, Donnie

New sealed box. I'd contact rim as they have like a 1yr base warannty(iirc) and the device hasn't been out a year yet. Did you drop it?

Donnation, RIM is not your retailer. Your Ebay seller is the retailer. It is likely RIM will not do so directly, unless you go through your retailer. I have seen a couple of posts on this board where they did so, I have seen more from users who could not. You may try going through Cingular... you never know.

It's be amazed if you have any options other than to contact the eBay seller. Typically, RIM and/or the carrier won't touch it.
