This is my personal Blackberry Bold 9700, (I recently bought the new Torch). It is in perfect working order with a few cosmetic rub marks on the silver housing but nothing horrible (see pictures). There is also a bit of scratching on the screen but no big scratches just a bunch of small ones that do not effect the view on the screen.
I am including everything you need plus a nice extra that I bought for it that does not work on the Torch. The Blackberry desktop charging pod is $35 from RIM- it is included in this purchase. I had this BB unlocked by AT&T so it is good to go on any compatible carrier. I will ship this anywhere at your cost via your preferred shipping method. I also tried to sell one here and eventually sold it on Craqigslist with no complaints. I sell my previous model BB when I get a new one just about every year. These are high resolution macro pictures so they show everything, every little scratch as I have nothing to hide. Rest assured, this BB looks and performs great, if it were not for the Torch I would be using it every day.

No. The scratches you see are not even visible when you look at the screen unless you turn it off and look at an angle. They are small scratches from me having it in my pocket. Yes they are there but it does not interfere with daily use and I don't even notice them.
