The model i.e. 02/111?

I dropped my phone and the screen is now white - I can just about make out parts of the screen underneath so I think its an LCD leak.

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the LCD ribbons with no luck. Also, I can't see the model number of the screen underneath and I don't wanna buy the wrong one as they're like £70!!

Firstly, make sure that you can make a backup of your data. If you can, then the main board is okay.

Secondly, try the amazon.com/bb free BB app. Their suppliers sell LCD's for the 9700 for about $87 USD plus shipping.

Thirdly, go on youtube for directions on screen replacement. That will show you how to identify the exact version number for ordering.
