Default Roxio Media Mgr hangs on start

Please Login to Remove!

I have a blackberry Bold 9000 running v 4.6.0.167, platform 4.0.0.217.
Device Manager v4.7.0.37. My Roxio Media Manager worked fine until I tried to use Bluetooth with my computer. Now Roxio will show the Roxio Logo but will not open, I have to use the Task Manager to shut it off. I have Roxio Media Creator 10 and prior to Bluetooth pairing, never had a problem with any of them. My question is: Since I will be reinstalling the same DM software version, do I have to uninstall the one that is in my computer? Do I have to do anything with my Roxio Media Creator 10 which is in a Program File called Roxio.

You should uninstall DM- Roxio will go with it. Any other Roxio software will be untouched. Then reinstall DM. Fair warning- all versions of DM with Roxio are a squirrely.

just take advantage of the mass storage mode , you should get prompted when you plug the phone in to usb. it just turns into another drive
