Could it be that you have your memory cleaner on and it is set to work at the appointed time. Look in Options>Security Options>Memory Cleaner

That's not what the memory cleaner does.
The memory cleaner is a security feature which writes over free space to ensure that data is securely deleted and cannot be recovered.
