I have looked at the blackberry dissassembly stuff on blackberryfaq.com and the pics dont work, does someone have a picture of the front cover off of the phone? Anyone know where I can buy a replacement?

The BB lens for the 8100 series attaches to the front using adhesive tape. To remove it, simply pry it off with your thumbnail and stick the new one on. It's a 5 minute job. I scratched my lens on the second day (they're really soft plastic).
