Default Im Problems.

Please Login to Remove!

So i was looking for IM Software earlier today, and when I uninstalled one of them it left me logged in somehow.

So now my BB is getting SMS messages of from AIM everytime I get a message on my PC.

How do I terminate the SMS part?

If not, look in Options > Advanced > Applications > Menu > Modules, and see if a piece of that IM app is left in Modules. Delete it.

On your PC account, did you load the device IM app address... does that make sense?

lol, It didn't make much sense.

Is you BB listed in your contacts in your PC AIM window... such as with a phone number. I know at times I IM with my son that way, via his cell phone texting, but on my PC it is interfaced in AIM.

Sounds like mobile device forwarding. I used to use it, but forget how to enable/disable it. When I walked away from my PC, I could set it to forward IM's to my device. So there should be a way to turn that off.

That would be my suggestion. I have found those mobile like OZ that use SMS, really are difficult to deal with anyway.
