Hi everyone! Having trouble activating a Blackberry on BES. I am getting the error "The email address or password may be incorrect. Please contact your Systems Administrator" and yes the password is correct
Here is what I did:
1. Removed user from BES, added to another server.
2. Tried activating him on another Blackberry w/ different provider, same error.
3. User device does get PIN, and can make phone calls.
This is super frustrating, any takers?
