It said it loaded successfully but now my Storm won't boot up to home screen. It has a "RELOAD SOFTWARE: 507" on screen. It wont show connect to my PC Or my PIN when I try to reload .75 OS again with my APPLOADER. AM i hosed and have to go back to Verizon to reload software? Help.

You're not hosed.

Make certain your USB cable is connected to REAR USB port on your PC, not a hub, front PC port or monitor hub.

The 507 error is an application error, from some app or theme you have loaded.

First, reboot your PC from off, then plug your BB back to the USB, and run the loader file again, found at c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

Still won't connectwith device manager. when I use loader it says all programs installed. I am connectedto USB in rear of computer. don't know what else to do!

You can use JL_Cmder to remove the offending app... if you knew which it was.

Or you can use JLCmder to wipe the device and reload the OS all new.
