Tried the listed instructions for removing and re-sending the service book. Successfully removed and re-sent but still no reconcile options. Guess auto-aging will have to do for now

so here is cingulars BIS solution for a missing reconcile now option
If the "Reconcile Now" option is missing:
Delete the current Web Client service book by going to: Options > Service Books.
Highlight the Web Client service book.
Click trackwheel to view the menu.
Select Delete.
Login to your BlackBerry Internet Service.
Go to Profiles and select Send Service Book.
Note: Only e-mail sent after this process will show the "Reconcile Now" option.
If the "Reconcile Now" option is available on the handheld but is not functioning properly, there are 2 Available Options:
Do not immediately close Outlook. Instead, wait 15 minutes for the device to reconcile with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Cradle the device and run the Intellisync.
