Hello

I have several BlackBerry Torch 9810 models which are rebooting/freezing or coming up with Java Error


BlackBerry 9810 Details
7.0 Bundle 2406 (v7.0.0.585)
Platform 5.0.0.734

BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version: 4.1.7.20


Has anyone seen such issues.

What is the exact error message? What was done to these devices right before this happened?

one of them just kept rebooting then automatically wiped itself.
Error was a JVM or Java error.

Do you know the number, i.e. JVM 507, JVM 523, etc?
