Default exploring the external memory card

Please Login to Remove!

when i plug my old bold into my computer the external memory (micor sd) shows up in explorer

with my onyx i can't seem to get the external memory to show up

how do i set it to show up...

media card support on
mass storage on
auto enable mass storage yes

this may sound funny, but try turning OFF "auto enable mass storage" i was having a problem a while back similar to yours and i turned off the auto enable so when you connect it to your computer, your device will ask if you want to enable mass storage each time. hit yes and see if it works then

If the above doesn't seem to work then you might want to try managing the Disk Management app in Windows. Sometimes Windows doesn't mount your drive automatically and assign it a drive letter.
