Default BES 10.1.2 (Bundle 15) - 8000 subfolder in mailbox problems

Please Login to Remove!

Does anybody had already problems with a mailbox with a huge count of subfolders, like 8000?
One user with 37000mails/560mb/enterprisevault make already problems on activesync/blackberrybalance.
Every time when the device is loading the mail-content it needs ~30sec. also when just inbox/sent/drafts (3days only) enabled.

Thanks in advance!

that's a lot of folders and yes it can cause issues

37k emails is a lot too and can cause issue if syncing more than 30 days

Thanks for your answer!
Is there a solution to fix that issue?
I already changed the sync to 3 days - other mailboxes are running on 30 days without problems.

For "solution" of that problem we moved 5000 of 8000 folders in a second mailbox with full-permission to each other.
As of now the device syncs only the remaining 3000 folders in a normal time period of 4-5 seconds.
In my opinion is the problem the handling of the device-software. When just "flight-mode" is enabled the same effect appears..
