Hi everyone:

I have my blackberry bold 9650 set up to sync e-mail from my gmail account (which I access primarily through mac mail). I was just typing an e-mail on my computer, and after sending it, I saw I had about 20 copies of the message in various stages of completion in my inbox ("read") that appear to be sent from me. I guess this is an auto-save feature or something, but I want to know how to turn it off so my blackberry doesn't get all these drafts sent to it. Thanks in advance

That's a glitch and should disappear when GMail straightens it out on their end. In the mean time, try a battery pull on your BlackBerry.

First, it is considered bad manners to hijack another's thread.

Second, there is no need to double post in different threads.

Email using BIS does not sync. Per your other thread with a similar question, you do not manage email with Desktop Manager.

What exactly are you trying to do?

It appears your right, I have many users with gmail sync issues, it works then just stops, I would like to get something official.

The problem when your on the support desk they think it's your problem and end user just do not understand we do not write the apps.
