I know that HTML email in 4.5 requires support / enabling on BES to function (which would appear to be disabled for me at the moment). Was curious if anyone knew if BES could also have contact pictures disabled (as I'm not getting them either).

you can google for the 9000 page BES policy manual and find out that you can turn on or off just about anything in the phone / OS. it is crazy

What do you mean by you're "not getting them"? Are there pictures assigned to your contacts in Outlook/Exchange or are you expecting BES to push pictures to you from somewhere else?

Not that crazy. Just a matter of choice of what the company thinks is relevant or not in protecting company property.

After I assign pics to contacts in Outlook, they never appear on my BB. Thanks - I suspected it could be BES doing it - let me reach out to the admins now and ask them.

Seems something changed on our BES the other day, suddenly all my contact pictures in Outlook appeared on my phone.
