On a more serious note, how sure are you that it is very far away? We've already seen it on the Helios (we can assume there is an exclusive contract for some period of time on that, but it shows the technology exists), and now this blog post from Google Blog:

Its about the Windows Mobile version of GMM, here is an interesting quote (emphasis mine).

If they are already integrating it into the WM version, might it not be far behind for some of the other versions?
