Default MasterDoc regret

Greetings all...

A few weeks ago, I decided to purchase MasterDoc from DynoPlex. Although I don't doubt that the software offers the functionality they advertise (as seen in their trial version), I no longer have the desire to use it. Numerous emails to support have gone unanswered... leaving me with an application that is still sitting idle. My single attempt to contact them via phone was only half as bad, as the tech was just about to answer my question when the call was suddenly lost. I guess I should not expect so much for my money. Maybe the software is so good that a dummy like me shouldn't require support?

Anyhow, this is an invitation to DynoPlex to clear their system of me, disassociate my PIN from the provided activation code and allow me to offer (give) that code to somebody who may have a use for it. I can't see throwing this purchase away completely, so please find it in your heart to help me bring joy to someone this upcoming holiday season.

My apologies for the rant... I just paid $50 to have a bad taste in my mouth when I can think of numerous ways to get that for free.

This is really weird - our support usually answers all emails right away - they might lose one here and there, but several requests from the same person should get answered. Could it be you spam filter throws their responses? In any case, just PM me your email address and/or phone number and I will make sure you get contacted right away.

No... they are not getting caught up in a SPAM filter. My SPAM folder does not have any emails from your support team... and the few responses that I have received have been received into my Inbox just fine. According to other posts on this forum, I am not alone on this.

Honestly... I'm no longer interested in your product. Both of us would just be happier if I gave my purchase to someone who is interested in it. Any chance you can accommodate my request above?
