I may have missed it, but is there a chart available on your site on which the features of the primary programs may be compared? Rather than drilling down in each program it would be easier for me to evaluate which program I want by looking at a basic chart. I could then research and evaluate much more quickly.

I am definately interested in eOffice now. Having the ability to edit documents would be very valuable.
Does eOffice include the ability to fax documents?

Can I drag and drop directories from efile desktop? It's cumbersome replicate dir structure manually.
I tried to send a fax myself and didn't work. Does it work outside US?
Best,
Jaime

Alas, it isn't there - I checked multiple times. I just upgraded to the 8320 and we don't have the BB OS for download yet, so I can't install MasterDoc via the desktop - MasterDoc has to be OTA for us until T-Mobile releases the download.

rivviepop - masterdoc is surely there. Open your BB browser, go to DynoPlex.com, select Mobile version, then Downloads. MasterDoc download is there, second from the top. I just checked again on my 8800.
Jaime - you cannot copy folders at this point. As far as your uncaught exception - can you get the device logs and send them to ? We will take a look.
mdlissner - you need to select Device Files forlder on the right pane for the copy to work.
Fax is included in both eOffice and MasterDoc, you can only fax to North America at this point.

Best if you use eFile Desktop - it can get the log file and email it. If not - on the home screen of the device hold Alt and press L G L G and the log will appear with option to email it.

It's there now, it was not there when I checked multiple times before. The main download page and so forth has a different layout than what I saw previously, so someone has replaced things and gotten it working.
New question: why does the OTA install of MasterDoc want to install a bunch of COD files like eFile, ViewAll, and eSpell?
Code:

The download for MasterDoc is over 1.2meg which is very precious space on our devices, much much larger than almost any other program/app I have. I'm concerned why I need to have all this other stuff installed....?

rivviepop, you may delete eSpell and dictionaries once they are installed on a BB (Options-> Advanced options -> Applications). eFile and others are required.
Jaime, yes it does.

Gary, it will not interfere with BES operation in any way. As far as SD card, yes we can read it, but you need to place converted document there first, either through saving attachments, wireless copy or eFile Desktop USB copy.

convert ?
Sergey,
When you say "convert" do you mean your software needs to convert the PDF to its own format ? Ideally these would be PDF files placed on the card by the user, in a directory, etc. They will not be attached to an email (20MB). Would it work in this scenaro ?
Thanks,
Gary

Error
Please check the support email. We are unable to convert any of our PDFs and the SD card isn't being seen in eFile.
Thanks,
Gary

I'm having problems viewing doc files. View all app can't find the file. I already sent an email to support.
BTW, beamberry v2.0 is blazing fast. Dynoplex will have serious competition from them.
Best,
Jaime

I have the same problem with my 8800. Whenever I try to open the Internal folder eFile freezes and it takes some minutes before it's terminate with an "app is not responding" error message.
This happens every time eFile is invoked by other apps of the suite (MasterDoc included).
Thanks in advance and enjoy the last bits of your vacation
