Hi,

I am one of a mailing list moderator and was being feedback that users usng blackberry could not send emails to it. They are using BIS server to send out emails but the mails was always rejected with the following error:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at <hostname>.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Somehow the BIS changes their actual email address to blackberry server email addresse to send out the email and hence mailing list rejected the email

Please advise how can I allow blackberry users to use their phone to send out emails.

The blackberry email is sometimes set as the default email when sending. When user creates an email have them check the top of the email to see if they are sending from the correct address.
