Default Why has my Blackberry done this?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

My Blackberry Pearl 8110 has decided to stop ringing, or vibrating, or alerting in any way at all :( The profile is on Loud, the tones are on, etc etc, but the other day it just stopped making any kind of sounds when people ring/text/email me. The red LED flashes, and the screen lights up with the callers name etc, but no sound - ever.

Any ideas why this has happened? What do I need to do? It's driving me crazy.

Any help would be very, very much appreciated! Thanks guys

Have tried the usual resets etc?

I know it sounds silly, but from reading around here, a reset seems to fix alot of common issues.

No you wont
Just pull the battery, wait 30 seconds and replace

No you won't lose anything with a reset. With the power on, remove the battery and hold for 30 seconds, replace, reboot. That solves 90% of the issues with a BB and there is NEVER any harm in doing so.
