I know there is some links on here for replacement trackballs, but I've noticed they are priced anywhere from $8 to $40. Is there a difference in them such as the quality? Are some of them knock-offs?

How long does it typically take for Horizon to ship product?

I think they ship pretty quickly, but remember it has to through Canadian/US customs, and I can't speak for the government

Does horizon not give status updates or tracking numbers? When I emailed them they told me my order shipped on Sunday(not sure how that's possible) but status still says processing on their site. When I emailed them to ask again all they said was it should be there anyday.

Their process could stand some improvement.
