I have 3 Blackberry's on our network. We use a BES server and Exchange 2003. Up until yesterday everything was working fine
I decided to upgrade the software on my 8100 to version 4.5, it seemed to have worked but it wiped my device of any of the enterprise settings, so i had to reactivate, which i am still trying to do!
i upgraded the BES server to the latest version and the other 2 Blackberry devices (8100's also) are working perfectly.
I get the activation email in my Outlook mailbox which proves the T-Mobile network is working i guess, however thats it the device just keeps trying to activate. On the BES server it is very hard to add my user again as it just sits there initialising. I have connected the device to the BES server and managed to assign a device to the user but i still cannot activate it. I have tried removing my mailbox and recreating but still the same issue. I have readded the send as and receive permissions on my mailbox for BEsadmin user.
Please could someone point me to my next step, ie specific procedures, log files etc.
