I can send out text message but when people send me one back i don't get it. I've done everything with nextel over the phone and the damn thing is still not working has anybody ever had this problem before?? If so please tell me how i can fix this and fast. Girl friend think I'm pissed at her when i don't reply back to her.

7100i can't reply to or send SMS messages. You can an MMS but that is it.

There are some great Email-to-SMS options that have the added benefit of using your BlackBerry data package rather than your SMS package.

Search for "Email to SMS Gateway" and you should find some threads that will teach you how to send an email to an SMS contact.
