Hi. I need help. I can't open my BlackBerry 9530. It has empty battery when I woke up so I charge the battery to my computer. It should be blinking in orange light but it don't, it lights in red steadily instead. I tried opening it but it won't. I even tried removing the battery and putting it back but it still don't open. Help, please?

Do you have a dedicated wall outlet charger you can use?

If so, charge for 2-3 hours, and LEAVE it connected to the charger when you remove the battery for a minute and replace to reboot.

Sometimes computer USB ports cannot charge devices. Also, when a pc goes to sleep it often disables the power to the USB ports so the charging would stop at that point. Definitely use a wall charger.
