Hey everyone, we've got a user who gets an error message that states simply "Invalid Mandatory Information" when he tries to send an SMS message. Has anyone seen this before or know what it means?

yes- just add a plus sign (+)before the service center message number - call me if you can't figure it out - **********

Set the Service Center at Options > SMS.

If your user is on BES, is there any chance SMS is blocked with an IT policy?
