Cingular is still on 2.0 or that's at least what they offer to switch.

I've known some Asian carriers like Starhub and Hutchison are already on BIS 2.2 but I am wondering will and when it will be implemented. I am very interested in the Asian character support and BlackBerry Mail Connector service after upgrading to BIS 2.2
