I just wasted 30 mins of my life trying to argue with Cingular phone level support.

Is there a direct number to call so I may reach Blackberry specific support at cingular?

um. that is the main customer service center line.

even if you call them directly they will not talk to you .. they force you to call them thru your provider and will ask you the rep ID from the provider.
once you have an open case with them then you can call them directly at 877-255-2377
