Well, I got it downloaded yesterday at the pub, so I didn't get a chance to test much. I'm honestly just hoping for battery tweaks and random restart fixes.

It downloaded and installed an update but the version number is still 10.0.10.88

Have an unlocked Z10 from AT&T with OS 10.0.10.684, when I check for updates it said that I have the latest software. Might be because I am using it with another carrier?

Yes. It checks based on the SIM card in the device.

grab any non activated AT&T SIM and put in device, then you can get the update on WIFI. replace other SIM when done.
